Constellation Workshop

This constellation workshop is about creating flow in our inner and outer world. Transforming the ancestral ties that are limiting us and working with the emotions that keep us stuck.

Kari works with her art and the constellation framework to bring balance to the body and mind. The constellation work is about healing ancestral pains that may not even be yours, but passed on to you. It also works with the limiting beliefs that are emotionally charged within your body. Her artwork guides us along the journey as different frequencies assit us with transformation.

At the beginning of the afternoon we create a safe space that is for healing. The framework will be talked about at the beginning of the session. The healing session will allow everyone to have  a mini personal session plus added healing takes place as everyone may observe the other participant's sessions.  Creating a space to be vulnerable can teach us how to be vulnerable in different ways. This is just one of the benefits of working with a group. 

*Constellation work can be a ballancing of what is in your circle or vortex. When there are things in your circle that are no longer serving you we can transform the energy to be a wisdom piece rather than a hindrance.
