Brain Dump Painting

This 3 day workshop is about letting go of the chaos and creating the space you need. No experience necessary.

We will be using the tools of putting paint on canvas to create space in your mind. Have you ever felt like you are so full that you cannot fit anything else in, but not sure what you are full of? This workshop is about using painting as a communication tool to bring the thoughts, feelings and emotions (Chaos) out into physical.

We will create a painting that expresses where you are right now. In other words we will brain dump in the language of art. When we use our creative abilities our nervous system comes out of overload and our body and mind is able to function in peace and relax mode.  When we brain dump we create space for more possilities and see life with more clarity.

We will talk about the tools of creation.
